LDR Capital Management Real Estate Value-Opportunity Fund may invest in the universe of domestic public real estate securities including all REIT index constituents plus any other opportunity where the majority of the public company’s revenues or intrinsic value is derived from real estate.

LDR Capital Management’ Value, Yield-Advantage investment process is research driven with a primary objective to generate excess returns over a market cycle by purchasing public real estate enterprises at a discount to the private market valuation of the underlying real estate holdings. Current income is the secondary objective, and dividends, if any, are declared and paid quarterly. The strategy is long-biased but may use modest leverage or short positions to enhance or preserve returns.
